Open Concept Studio is a 95 sqm air-conditioned photo studio and events space on the Lower Ground of Makati Cinema Square, Makati City. The open floor plan fits a range of setups, from portrait, product, and brand shoots to small events and content days. Furniture can be rearranged to suit your layout, WiFi is included, and paid parking is available within the building.

Rates and booking
• PHOTO STUDIO RENTAL | Rate: ₱1,500/hour
• EVENT SPACE RENTAL | Rate: ₱2,500/hour
• To confirm your booking, we'll ask you to sign our rental contract and pay a 50% deposit.
• The deposit is non-refundable.
• Rescheduling due to typhoons, earthquakes, floods, or similar events is a ₱500 fee and subject to availability.
• Bringing your own lights? ₱500 per strobe and ₱1,000 per continuous light.
Timing
• You may arrive up to 15 minutes before your booked time.
• There's a 15-minute grace period after your session. Beyond that, the hourly rate applies.
• Extensions are allowed if the studio is free.
House rules
• Lift furniture, never drag it, and return everything to its original position.
• Clean as you go and take your trash with you.
• No smoking or vaping inside.
• Please keep noise down, as there are other tenants in the building.
• Damage to floors, furniture, or fixtures starts at ₱5,000, depending on severity.
• A ₱1,000 cleaning fee applies if the studio is left in an unsatisfactory state.
• Turn off all lights and air conditioning before you leave.
